We offer a full money-back guarantee for all subscriptions and advertising services purchased directly through our platform. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase—no questions asked. After this 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Third-Party Products and Services
Find My Local is a platform that connects customers with local creators, service providers, and businesses. Any products or services purchased via third-party listings (including bookings, events, or physical goods) are provided directly by the individual businesses listed on our site.
All refunds or exchanges for third-party purchases must be arranged directly with the business you purchased from. Find My Local does not process refunds for these purchases and is not responsible for the service delivery or product quality of third-party providers.
Feedback and Accountability
While we do not manage third-party transactions, we take feedback seriously. If you are unsatisfied with the products, services or communication provided by a business listed on our platform, please let us know.
We are committed to ensuring a high-quality and trustworthy experience for everyone using Find My Local. If a business consistently fails to meet acceptable standards or does not align with our values, we reserve the right to remove their listing from the platform.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 (where those Acts apply).
