Born and raised in Bell Block, Sarah’s love of kai was shaped through years of mahi on her local marae, Mururaupatu, where she learned alongside her aunties and nans — catering for the masses of visitors who came through the doors.
This grounding has given Sarah deep experience in both large-scale catering and intimate gatherings, always guided by manaakitanga, care, and respect for people and place.
Sarah’s Kauta offers hot and cold meals, including platters, salads, and drinks, catering for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. Services are available delivered or catered onsite, for small or large groups.
