The Rockburn Stables is located in the heart of Gibbston next to the iconic Gibbston Tavern.
We invite you to taste our premium Pinot Noir wines as well as Pinot Gris, Riesling, Rosé and Sauvignon Blanc all of exceptional quality.
Our historic location is where the gold miners frequented the Gibbston Hotel which proudly stood onsite in 1867. You are invited to enjoy the full range of our wines at the Rockburn Stables alongside a selection of delicious platters and cuisine.
Our knowledgeable Rockburn team will guide you through the wines, giving you a great understanding of the region and wines you’re trying. Our tastings have been voted one of the best in the Gibbston Valley, so make sure you lock us into your travels!!
