WHAT WE COLLECT
Fridges, fridge-freezers, bar fridges, upright and chest freezers, large and French-door fridges; front- and top-loading washing machines, dryers and metal wash tubs; ovens, stoves, cooktops, benchtop ovens, microwaves and dishwashers; treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines, steppers, home gyms, multi-gyms and Pilates reformers; BBQs, gas bottles, lawn mowers, push bikes, flat-screen TVs, old box TVs, cast-iron baths and general scrap metal. If your item is not listed, choose Other when booking and describe it.
PRICING
• First standard item: $20
• Each additional standard item: $10
• Large/heavy item: add $10 (large fridge/freezer, cast-iron bath, 5+ burner BBQ or home gym)
• Microwave, benchtop oven, cooktop or smaller item: $10 alone, free with a larger paid item
• Exercise machine: $20 first/alone, then $15 each
• Push bike or gas bottle: $10 each
• Old box/CRT TV: $45 first/alone, or $35 with another item
TRAVEL
No travel fee for Hāwera, Eltham, Stratford, Inglewood, New Plymouth, Bell Block and Waitara. Rural up to 5 km from a main town or road is +$5. Oakura–Manaia coastal routes and Ōpunake–Kaponga inland routes, or rural 6–10 km out, are +$10. More than 10 km away: contact us for a quote. Only one travel fee applies.
TIMING AND BOOKING
Main-town collections are usually within 5–10 days. Other areas may take longer because nearby pickups are grouped together. Book online, sign in by email code, save your details and see an estimated price before sending your request:

How soon will my collection happen?
Hāwera, Eltham, Stratford, Inglewood, New Plymouth, Bell Block and Waitara are usually within 5–10 days. Other areas can take longer because we group nearby pickups together. We confirm the collection date by email.
