kingi celebrates seafood. Local, sustainably caught seafood that tastes like the ocean it came from. Savour the terroir of New Zealand’s oceans, dunes, river mouths and reefs, and enjoy a good glass of wine. Life is sweeter in rhythm with the ocean.

Find Kingi on the ground floor of the heritage Masonic House, right beside The Hotel Britomart. It’s down Tuawhiti Lane past the hotel lobby at 29 Galway Street. We are open day through night. Guests are welcome for the full spectrum of drinking and eating: a coffee, aperitif, antipasti, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Walk-in diners are welcome; or you can reserve a table.
