Please Note:
Masks may be required to be worn on all our services. It is the drivers discretion. If requested to wear a mask, it is expected you will do so!
Do not book on our service if you are sick!
You may be refused entry and no refund will be provided.
If our driver suspects Covid the driver may request a temperature test with a non invasive method and if you have a temperature, you will not be permitted to board and no refund will be due.
Since Covid – The front seat is not available to book.
Please do not approach the vehicle while the driver is still seated. They may be waiting courteously for a vehicle to move ahead.
At any further transport areas including the ferry terminal, Bluff, please remain under shelter (if provided) until your driver has opened the vehicle ready for you to load your luggage, then board.
If your driver gives seating instructions it is important to follow these instructions.
We will NOT tolerate, Drunk, Drugged, Aggressive or Abusive passengers!!
You WILL be refused admission and/or put off the bus. At a Police Station if one is handy or on the side of the road if your behaviour warrants it!

Please note: We may Code Share with another provider if insufficient bookings. This may bring your pickup time forward by 30minutes approx.
This would be fully arranged by Catch a Bus South, but some drop-off destinations may become unavailable. Also arrival time in Te Anau may be delayed by 1 hour.
Charters are available all year round, starting from $550, with adequate notice.
We can drop-off or pick-up in Tuatapere, for The Humpridge Track, but only travel this way if booked prior to the day of travel. This booking must be rung in.
Please note: Early online booking preferred as we only travel if forward bookings.
If booking a parcel/small freight these must be within the weight range chosen. Parcels over the stated weight range may be charged double.
16-30kg Must have a second able-bodied person to assist with lifting.
31-50kg Must have a forklift or similar approved lifting device, and licensed operator, available.
Oversized objects must be rung to check space availability.
