I have been in the hair industry for about 20 years. Within that time, I received a nutrition degree. That’s when I decided to marry the two together to help women feel and look their best!
Being at home allows me to create a private and relaxed atmosphere where people feel like they are at home and at ease. I endeavor to create an environment where you can completely relax and open up with any questions, queries, concerns and goals for your haircare and nutrition journey.

I have always known from a very young age that I was different, I spent most of my life trying to work out where I fit in…
It was at the age of nine I was made aware that I had multiple food intolerances, age 20 I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder, and at 30 with Asperger’s.
After the second diagnosis my world became so much clearer, I was medicated properly and for the first time everything became clear. I was free from the fog in my head! I could actually hold a conversation and not have this information go in and get jumbled with other conversations I’ve had, and remember things that had been said, but not with them. It was rather exhausting!
In amongst all of these revelations I managed to get through high school and go to hairdressing college. From there I worked in Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney.
After Sydney I realised that I wanted to know more about my conditions and how they are connected. That started my journey towards a degree in Human Nutrition.
Today, I am here to help you look and feel your best; Hair and Nutrition at Nicole’s – looking after women from the inside out.
