On our Legacy Guided Tour, you will:

Discover the biggest active geyser in the Southern Hemisphere-Pōhutu Geyser
Share and learn about our Māori history, customs and culture and why our village is important to the preservation of our rich traditions. -
Enjoy the warmth of our wonderful Legacy guides who will take you on a journey through the geothermal landscapes with humor, charm and warmth.

Our Geothermal Trails is a self-guided walk in a previously untouched geothermal landscape, where you can experience the raw nature of Papatuanuku (mother earth) and follow in the footsteps of our Tūpuna (ancestors). Experience the regenerative powers of nature’s hot springs, mud pools, and manuka bushlands.
