Masks may be required to be worn on all our services. It is the drivers discretion. If requested to wear a mask, it is expected you will do so!
Do not book on our service if you are sick!
You may be refused entry and no refund will be provided.
If our driver suspects Covid the driver may request a temperature test with a non invasive method and if you have a temperature, you will not be permitted to board and no refund will be due.
Since Covid – the front passenger seat is NOT available to book.
Please do not approach the vehicle while the driver is still seated. They may be waiting courteously for a vehicle to move ahead.
At any further transport areas including the ferry terminal, Bluff, please remain under shelter (if provided) until your driver has opened the vehicle ready for you to load your luggage, then board.
If your driver gives seating instructions it is important to follow these instructions.
We will NOT tolerate, Drunk, Drugged, Aggressive or Abusive passengers!!
You WILL be refused admission and/or put off the bus. At a Police Station if one is handy or on the side of the road if your behaviour warrants it!

About
Serving as Southland’s transport hub, you can spend some time in Invercargill… or head on to Queenstown or Te Anau with our connecting morning services. The choice is yours! If wishing to connect to Dunedin, please contact us for availability.
Freight
Your parcel must be within the weight range chosen. Parcels over the stated weight range will be charged double.
16-30kg Must have a second able-bodied person to assist with lifting.
Waiver
We do not guarantee Ferry/Flight/Bus/Appointment connections but do our best to make these happen. No liability will be held for missed connections due to the Door-to-Door nature of our service. When booking you must notify these in the Comments section.
What to Bring
Please bring – yourself, your suitcase and your smile. No Food onboard please but bring your water bottle.
