Take in the sights of Marlborough’s wine country scenery and taste some of the region’s best offerings on this full-day tour from Blenheim. We visit 6 wineries on the tour to taste Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Pinot Noir as well as some lesser known varieties from the area. One of the cellar doors will be a lunch venue – at your expense on the day. Our guides will take you on a journey through the region and you will taste many wines and learn so much more about wine production and our beautiful Marlborough region.

We provide round grip transportation from Blenheim, Picton and Waikawa.

Itinerary

Wonderfully suited for those with varied knowledge about wine, but are keen to learn more, this 6-6.5-hour tour will be the perfect day out for you. This tour starts with a pick up from your hotel in Picton,= or Blenheim, between 9:30am-10am. During the day your tour guide will take you for a ‘vineyard walk and talk’ and answer any questions you have. This tour is presented in a relaxed and informative manner where selective tasting is the order of the day. The tour includes a stop for lunch (cost not included) with several lunch options available. Throughout the day you will visit 5-6 cellar doors and taste some superb Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Pinot Noir as well as some lesser known varieties from the area.
