Follow the simple steps below to make the most of Find My Local.
Step 1:
Activate Your Free Account
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the Find My Local homepage.
On a smartphone, tap the three lines in the top left corner.
Follow the prompts to create your FREE account.
- Select “Sign In”, then in the pop-up, select “Not a member? Sign up” in the bottom right corner.
- Create a username, enter your email and create a password.
- Click & read the “Terms & Conditions”
- Click & read the “Privacy Policy”

If you agree to the "Terms & Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" check the box
“I Agree” and click the button to create your account.

Step 2:
Search For Kiwi Culture
🔍 Use the Search Bar
- Enter what you’re looking for — Māori culture, fishing, massage — into the “What” field.
- Your location will auto fill in the "Where" field. Want to explore somewhere else? Just type in another town or city.
- Your results will show listings closest to that location. Tap the listing title or image to open full details.
🧭 Quick Find Categories
- Tap any of the 8 Quick Find icons to browse listings grouped by interest — from outdoor experiences to local food, creativity, and community services.

Listings appear sorted by what’s nearest to you so you can support local wherever you are.
Tip: Enable location services for a personalised map showing what’s right on your doorstep!
🗺️ Explore All Listings
- Mobile: Tap the ☰ menu (top left) and select All Listings
- Desktop: Choose All Listings from the navigation menu
- You’ll see every listing mapped and sorted by distance, making it easy to discover Kiwi culture close by.

- Return to the Home Page anytime by tapping the Find My Local logo at the top left of any page.
- On mobile or tablet, tap the ☰ menu at the top left to access - All website pages, Create and manage your listing, Sign in/Sign out, Find local experiences, products, services and more.
